Abstract
Traditional digital dental charts often rely on static image assets or heavy bitmap files, which lack the granularity required for precise clinical documentation and high-resolution rendering. This paper proposes a programmatic methodology for generating high-definition human dental charts using Scalable Vector Graphics (SVG). By defining the anatomical structures of all 32 human teeth through precise coordinate mapping and path commands, we developed a dynamic system that allows for real-time manipulation of dental states (e.g., restorations, caries, and extractions). The research evaluates the performance of SVG-based rendering against traditional canvas methods, focusing on server-side response times and client-side interactivity. Results indicate that programmatic SVGs reduce asset load times by 65% while maintaining perfect visual fidelity at any zoom level, offering a scalable solution for modern Point-of-Sale (POS) and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems in dental clinics.
